If you love to wear dresses to work, I have three different options (and one skirt option) for you today. As always they\u2019re all petite-friendly and in this case, fall-ready. <\/p>\n

Petite-Friendly Fall Dresses for Work<\/h2>\n

Sizing Reference: I\u2019m 4\u201910\u201d and around 105lbs. I typically wear a size Petite XXS\/00\/24 but list my sizing beside each link to help you compare when shopping online. <\/em><\/p>\n

Sweater Dress<\/h2>\n

If you\u2019re familiar with petite style blogger, Jean Wang of Extra Petite, you may be familiar with her clothing brand, Edited Pieces. It\u2019s petite friendly, but not petite specific, and is all around perfect. They so kindly gifted me one of their cardigan dresses to try and it\u2019s not only a perfect fit, it\u2019s beautiful and well made too. Another thing I appreciate about their brand is the versatility of many of their items. This dress can be worn as is, or open as a long cardigan. They also have a reversible coat that I\u2019m patiently waiting for a restock of! They sent along their reversible horse bit belt, which fits perfectly and I love that I can wear it two ways. I\u2019m wearing the dress in XXS and find it to be true to size. No shapewear is needed with this one. <\/p>\n

Plaid Dress<\/h2>\n

If you want to see this dress without the blazer check out this post. It has sweet puff sleeves, and pockets, and is made from thick fabric with a little bit of stretch. It is a little bit loose in the waist on me so I chose to add a belt. I\u2019m wearing it in Petite XXS and find it to be true to size. <\/p>\n

Tweed Skirt<\/h2>\n

This tweed skirt fits me well in Petite 00 and is true to size. It\u2019s lined and well-made and goes perfectly with one of my favorite short sleeve sweaters. <\/p>\n

Burgundy Dress<\/h2>\n

I love the color of this dress. Depending on your workplace, this one may work for you, but it also just makes for a great fall dress. The tiered part of the skirt is a little but snug on my hips, so if that\u2019s a fit issue for you, I would suggest sizing up. I\u2019m wearing it in Petite XXS, and it runs small in the skirt in my opinion. <\/p>\n
