Fall is such a beautiful season for family photos. Today I\u2019m rounding up a few petite-friendly dresses I found to fit different color schemes and styles. These dresses also make great options for upcoming holiday dinners. <\/p>\n

Rust Velvet Maxi Dress<\/h2>\n

Anthropologie did such a good job with their Somerset Maxi dress. It has a wide range of sizing and fits amazingly! I\u2019m wearing it in Petite XXS and there isn\u2019t any part of the dress that I feel doesn\u2019t fit well. I chose a velvet version for a beautiful option for fall photos, but also for Thanksgiving dinner. I wore it with a pair of clear strap heels here, but I think it would also be beautiful with metallic heels for the holidays. <\/p>\n

Gold Maxi<\/h2>\n

This maxi dress would be beautiful for color schemes using pops of gold. The dress is very voluminous and looks best on me with a belt at the waist. I love that you can hide a pair of boots under this dress to stay warm. The dress is a little bit longer in the back than it is in the front and just barely grazes the ground on me. I\u2019m wearing it in Petite XXS. <\/p>\n

Green Dress<\/h2>\n

This is a dress that would be great for fall photos and holiday photos. It is fully lined with sheer sleeves and a removable tie at the waist. I find it to be true to size, I\u2019m wearing it in Petite 00.<\/p>\n

Cream Sweater Dress<\/h2>\n

This dress will go with any color scheme and is just a beautiful dress for fall and winter. I\u2019m wearing it in Petite XXS and it fits me well overall. There is a little bit of room in the top that took some tucking in when I was tying the wrap to get it just right. This dress is a little bit sheer\/unforgiving so I would recommend a pair of shapewear shorts underneath. I like Spanx Power Shorts, not the higher power shorts which have a really high rise on the waist. <\/p>\n

Purple Dress<\/h2>\n

Last is a purple midi-length dress from J.Crew Factory. The dress is unlined, and true to size in Petite XXS. It goes beautifully with a lady coat. The coat is true to size, I\u2019m wearing it in Petite 00. <\/p>\n
